A recreational boating entrepreneur is suing to back out of a $10 million contract for a condo near the top of the nearly completed Vista Tower, which is set to become Chicago's third-tallest skyscraper, after the development's Chinese investor announced plans to cash out of the project. The lawsuit by Steve Vogel seeks to void one of the highest-priced condo sales in the 101-story tower, where the first residents are set to move in later this year.
